Floyd's of Leadville Balms are made to combat some of the minor aches and pains that are associated with rigorous training. You'll find many of us that have a few of these in our gear bags to rub on those sensitive "need to work" on areas. These balms come in four different types and also have a two sizes per type. Here's a quick breakdown on the types to choose from! *Note the picture may not depict actual size and type of balm - pictures are merely for visual reference.
Arnica: CBD Arnica Balm is applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. It is also applied to the skin for insect bites, arthritis, muscle and cartilage pain, chapped lips, and acne.
So you are likely asking how should one use this? Start by massaging a small amount (think a dime size thin layer) of balm onto the sore areas and tah-dah! Let it go to work in relieving soreness/tightness and also relieving some of those aches and pains.
