How We Use It:
Put on the Recovery Boots (it's kind of like putting a big sleeve on each leg) and connect them to the RecoveryPump system. Each compartment of the boots will inflate, compressing your muscles, and it will cycle through one at a time until all are inflated, then it will repeat. 

Use the RecoveryPump system for 15-20 minutes before working out to increase circulation and energy before a training session. Use the RecoveryPump for 30-45 minutes immediately post workout, or for 1-1.5 hours in the evening.
